Q：Is there a Smoking Area?: We have an ashtray available at the entrance.

Q：For customers coming by car: The width of the suspension bridge along is 3 meters, so you can drive across it. Mercedes-Benz GLS, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, and Range Rover are allowed to cross the bridge. Car with lower body such as Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and other vehicles will be moved to the second parking lot.

Q：For guests with disabilities: The hotel is a wooden structure built on the slope of a mountain. There are no elevators in the building. There are stairs throughout the building. There are also stairs to go up and down when moving from your room to the main bath. Please be aware of this before making a reservation.
