【 Payment 】: Payment can be made in cash or by various credit cards (VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay).

【 About Cancellation 】: 20% from 7 days prior to stay, 50% from one day prior to stay, 100% on the day of stay or no-show.
*The rate of cancellation charge will be changed on special days.

Check-in time: 15:00 / Check-out time: 10:00 If we do not hear from you after 7:30 p.m., we will treat it as a cancellation.

Q：Food restrictions and allergies: We will do our best to accommodate you, so please let us know at least two days in advance. Please include the number of people and the breakdown (adults, children, etc.) when you fill out the reservation form.

Q：What time does breakfast start?: You can choose from 8:00 or 8:30. If you have an early departure, we will be ready for you at 7:30.

Q：What is the breakfast menu?: Breakfast is a Japanese set meal.

Q：What time does dinner start?: You can choose from 18:00 and 18:30. Please note that depending on your arrival time, dinner may be served as soon as you arrive.

Q：What kind of alcohol is available in the bar?: A variety of draft beer, shochu, sake, wine, champagne, and plum wine are available.

Q：Hours of operation of the bar: The restaurant is open from 15:00 to 23:00 (last order at 22:30).

Q：Can I bring my own drinks?: Yes, you can bring your own.
