We sincerely apologize, but due to the nature of our traditional Kaiseki cuisine, we are unable to accommodate the following dietary restrictions:

– Severe (life-threatening) allergies:Due to the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot ensure the safety of guests with severe (life-threatening) allergies.
– No seafood (including dashi broth)
– Gluten-free requests that includes miso and soy sauce
– Kosher meals
Our Kaiseki cuisine heavily features seasonal seafood and local meats, and creating dedicated options that meet our standards for quality and authenticity has proven challenging.
To maintain the authentic Kaiseki experience our ryokan is known for, we are unable to make significant modifications to our menu. We understand this may be disappointing, and therefore, guests with the dietary restrictions listed above will unfortunately not be able to be accommodated.
While we cannot provide special meals, we would be happy to offer a “no meal plan” reservation.
