our property, has been confirmed. As a result, personal information associated with some guest reservations may
have been exposed to an unauthorized third party. We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this
may cause.
Based on the information currently available, suspicious messages have been sent to some guests whose
reservations meet both of the following conditions:
The reservation was made on or before September 21, 2026.
The stay is scheduled for September 21, 2026, or later.
If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from our property or a booking platform, whether by email,
SMS, WhatsApp, or another channel, please take the following precautions:
Do not open any links in the message.
Do not enter your credit card details or other personal information.
Do not reply to the message.
Do not make any payment or transfer money as instructed in the message.
To verify your reservation, contact our property directly using the contact details on our official website, or
contact the booking platform through its official support channel.
If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your card issuer promptly.
The Temairazu system involved in this incident does not process or store credit card information.
